## GlobalChat
This BOT has a function called "Global Chat" that allows you to talk to people on other servers.
### Installation
You can use global chat by creating the command "p-setup" (channel operation permission required) or the channel "こうから-global"

In local chat, you can detect the incoming and outgoing of the server and send a greeting message.
