UserRate Discord Bot
This bot allows you to rate users with /upvote and /downvote - you can see the current votes of anybody with /getvotes - you can also setup the bot so every new user needs at least a specific upvote/downvote ratio to join.
More features like comments to explain your decisions are planned! The votes you give are global.
