Commands:
Help: Shows help message
Ping: Shows bot latency
Credit: Shows info about bot owner/developer
Changelog: Shows recent version changelog
Suggestion: Allows you to send suggestions to me (owner)
Setprefix: Changes bot prefix
Resetprefix: Resets bot prefix to c.
Clean/Clear: Deletes specified number of messages, if no argument default is 5 messages
Purge: Recreates current channel or the mentioned channel
Delete: Deletes any channel or role permanently
